  • Advised on a dispute for non-performance of a charterparty by       the charterer.
  • Advised on a dispute between the ground handling company and       the air-carrier for non-payment of the fuel bills.
  • Acted as an arbitrator in a dispute between the ship owners for the       delay in delivery of the cargo of the charterers.
  • Acted as arbitrator in a dispute over payments in relation to       charterparty.
  • Acted as arbitrator in a dispute between the tanker owners and the       crude oil charterers from Ukraine;.
  • Acted as Sole Arbitrator in a long-standing dispute between local       authorities and an oil rig company.
